Voicemail Migration

Improved to serve you better.

To enhance voicemail capabilities and offer new features, the Brightspeed voice messaging service will begin migrating to a new platform, starting January 2024. This mailbox migration will take place through March 2024.

Important – No Price Change:

There is no price impact related to this voicemail system change. Please download and save the voice messages that you want to keep. Voicemails in the current system will not be moved to the new system and we want to ensure you don’t lose anything important.
