Solutions for K-12 Schools.

Through the E-Rate program, public and private schools (K-12), libraries, and school districts can apply for discounts on data transmission services, broadband connectivity, and internet access. FCC Form 470 for the 2024 application process is now available. You can learn more on that process by visiting the USAC website.

As your internet solutions provider, we are committed to continuous improvement and helping to ensure processes are as seamless as possible. As part of this effort, we want to remind you of the correct locations for sending in payments to Brightspeed.

Up until now, you have received credit for on time payments that were mistakenly sent to Lumen. Going forward it will be important for you to make payments based on instructions below to ensure your payments are properly credited and you avoid any possible late fees. Please use these instructions when making payments.

The Brightspeed Business “We Love Local” customer engagement program features a popular, local food truck sponsored in a central location near our business customers. On October 11th we will be hosting customers and team members in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. We invite our customers in the area to stop by the food truck for a complimentary lunch and meet with our representatives to ask questions and learn about the benefits of our services.
