As part of our ongoing Systems Transformation, Conversion 3 is now scheduled for July 2025. To help ensure a smooth transition, Local Service Requests and Local Number Portability ordering will be restricted for these following states from July 18 - August 3, 2025: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. During this embargo period, orders may not have set due dates.

Brightspeed Business has also announced plans to begin the next phase of our IT Systems Transformation beginning the 4th Quarter of 2025.

Highlights of this part of our Systems Transformation include:

• Access Service Request ordering will move from Ease VFO to Universal Order Connect (UOC).

• Wholesale repair will migrate to UOC Trouble Administration and Maintenance.

• Carrier billing will be hosted by the Carrier Access Billing System.
