Interstate Services Fee (ISF)
Brightspeed charges this fee when a residential customer chooses one of our long distance plans. It does not, however, apply to international long distance. The fee is applied as a single charge per account.
Who gets the money?
This is used by Brightspeed to recover some of the costs of offering long distance service.
