Ways to pay your bill

There are a number of ways to pay your Brightspeed Small Business bill.

Online payment options

Automatic payments (Autopay)

After you enroll in Autopay, your bill will be automatically paid each month from your choice of checking or savings account, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or money market account (in certain areas only). It's perfect for anyone who doesn't want to worry about paying their bill each month. Note that enrollment does require one to two months to go into effect, so it's something you should set up for the long term, while continuing to make one-time payments as needed until Autopay takes effect.

Quick Bill Pay

Sometimes you just want to pay your bill and get on with your life. Quick Bill Pay was made for one purpose and one purpose only: to make it easy to make one-time payments online. You can pay by bank account, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), or AEM (STAR, NYCE, Pulse).

Pay by phone

Our easy-to-understand automated system will guide you through making a payment. It's free and available 24/7. You'll need to have your payment information handy, along with your Brightspeed account number. You can pay by bank account, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), or AEM (STAR, NYCE, Pulse).

To pay your bill by phone, call 833-692-7773 and follow the prompts to make your payment.

When you're on the call, you can use the automated system or have an agent process your payment. The automated system is free and available any time. If you want an agent to process your payment, there's a $3.50 convenience fee. Agents are available during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00am–8:00pm CT).

Pay your bill in person

Brightspeed does not have any physical locations where you can pay your bill, but we do partner with CheckFreePay agents and Western Union agents in many of our cities, so you can work with those partners to make in-person payments.

Click on the buttons below to find a location near you.  You may want to call before heading over, just to ensure the location is still accepting payments at that time, and confirm which forms of payment they accept.

Tip: Bring along your Brightspeed bill. Since it has your account information, it will speed up the payment process.
