Brightspeed Fiber service is currently available in a number of cities and towns, and is actively expanding with network upgrades that will deliver fiber internet services across a growing list of locations. 

To see if you can get fiber internet now in your area, click the link below and enter your street address. We will show you the options for internet service at your location, including fiber service, if available. 

To access the fiber-optic network, you’ll need to have a high-speed internet router (also called a “gateway”).

Please note that even if you already have a router, it may not be compatible with the network because of the unique nature of fiber-optic technology. For a high-quality connection and optimal speed and performance, we strongly recommend ordering a Brightspeed certified gateway that’s purpose-built for fiber internet. Your customer service representative will be able to advise you of the best choice when you order your new service.

Once you’ve ordered your fiber internet service and router, the last step is installation. 

When you order fiber internet, Brightspeed will schedule an installation service visit to your home.

Your one-time installation fee includes connecting our fiber-optic network to your home and ensuring the connection to your router is successfully established.
