Get your service up and running at your new place ahead of time, so it's ready to go when you move in.

Transfer your Brightspeed service to a new address

Getting your service transferred is easy and convenient. There's no need to pay another deposit. You can even activate your new service before you disconnect your old one. 

To schedule your installation, the agent will need to know a few things:

  • Your current service address
  • Your new service address
  • The date you'd like your existing service stopped 
  • The date you'd like service started at your new location

When you talk to the agent to arrange the transfer, be sure to ask about:

  • Any speed upgrades available at your new address
  • Other services you may want to add
  • How you can save money with any special promotions or bundle discounts

Set up new Brightspeed service

If you're moving and just finding us for the first time, welcome! You can set up new internet, and home phone service all at once with Brightspeed. To schedule your installation, we'll need to know a few things:

  • Your service address
  • Which services you want to order
  • The date you'd like your service installed

Note: If your current provider is a company other than Brightspeed, you are responsible for disconnecting service with them.
