How to set up partial payments

We recognize that it can be challenging to pay your entire amount when it's due. A payment arrangement might be the best choice for you in those circumstances.

What is a payment plan?

Payment plans are prearranged payments that go through automatically on the dates you choose. You can pay the entire amount owed in two payments under the most typical payment plan. Within 30 days after the date you make the arrangement, you can schedule both payments. As long as both payments are due within the following 30 days, you are free to divide the payment amount however you see fit between the installments.

Note: Payment plans are not available for all accounts. If a payment plan is not available for your account, you will be required to pay your bill in full before the due date.

How to make an online payment arrangement

  1. Visit the online payment arrangement tool.

  2. Enter your account number or billing phone number. You can find your account number in the upper-right-hand corner of your bill.

  3. Enter your zip code.

  4. You will then see your total amount due. If you are eligible for a payment arrangement, you will be given 2 or 3 choices:

    1. Pay the total amount due in two installments within the next 30 days.

    2. Pay the total amount due in one installment within the next 30 days.

    3. If you have a "past due" amount, you can pay just your past-due amount on or before the date shown.

  5. Select which payment arrangement option you prefer.

  6. Enter the amounts and dates for your payments.

  7. Select whether you would like to pay via a bank account or a credit card. Note: there is a $3.50 fee per payment when paying with a credit card.

  8. Follow the payment instructions provided.

Will I be charged a fee for using a payment plan?

Bank account - no fee
To avoid payment fees, you can pay your bill using a bank account. Make sure you keep your account number and routing number close at hand.

Credit or debit card - fee charge
If you use a debit card or credit card to pay your bill, a $3.50 fee will be applied to each payment.

Note: If payments are scheduled after your bill due date, late fees may still apply.
