Methods of payment accepted for bill payment

When paying your bill online or by phone, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover)
  • Debit card
  • Money market account (in some areas)


When paying your bill by mail, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Check
  • Money order


The only way to pay Brightspeed with cash is at one of our partner in-person locations. When paying your bill in person, the following methods of payment are accepted:
