How to sign in to My Brightspeed

My Brightspeed is the one-stop-shop to manage your account, where you can view and pay your billmanage payment methods, enroll in AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing, and change notifications.

If you're not enrolled in My Brightspeed yet, sign up with your account number and zip code. In some instances, you may need an additional security code, which we can send to you.

Bookmark the link to go directly to the My Brightspeed sign in page. Or, get to My Brightspeed by looking for the "Sign In" link at the top of the Brightspeed homepage or any page in our Support Center.

When you enroll in My Brightspeed, you create a username and password, which you will use to access your account each time you log in.

If you know your username and password, all you have to do is type them in and click "Sign in." If you don't know your username or password, not to worry. We can help you get your username or reset your password.

 

  • To retrieve your username, you can request it to be sent to the email address we have on file for your account.

  • If you forgot your password, you can reset it. You’ll need your My Brightspeed username and account number
