Pay your Brightspeed bill by mail

If you have plenty of time before your bill is due, mailing in your payment is one of Brightspeed's payment options.

You can pay by check or money order, but please DO NOT SEND CASH. To ensure the most efficient processing, please include the remittance slip that came with your bill when you mail in your payment.

To avoid late fees, allow enough time for your payment to get to us. We need to receive (and process) your payment before the end of the day on the date it's due. If you're running behind and don't think your payment will get to us in time, there are other ways to pay.

1. Write your account number on your check or money order
2. Put the correct mailing address on a new, plain envelope, or use the envelope provided with your bill
3. Put both your remittance slip (if you have it) and payment in the envelope
4. Stamp and mail the envelope
