Pay your bill in person

Who can pay in person? You can pay in person if you are a Brightspeed Internet customer with a postpaid plan (a postpaid plan allows you to pay your bill after you’ve received service each month. You can also pay in person if you are a Brightspeed fiber customer with a prepaid plan and your account is overdue or suspended (a prepaid plan requires automatic payment each month).

How can I tell if I have a postpaid or prepaid plan? To check, find your most recent statement and locate your account number. If it starts with a 3, 4 or 5, you have a postpaid account. If it starts with a 2 or A, you have a prepaid account.

Note: if you are a Brightspeed Internet customer with a prepaid account that starts with PPB or 1, this does not apply.

If your prepaid account is overdue or has been temporarily suspended due to non-payment, you can make a payment at an in-person payment location. Please note that ONLY CASH is accepted at these locations. Once your payment is received your account will be returned to good standing or restored.
